The Accountability Performance System is a self-directed learning process that builds structure, accountability and human interaction into your training programs. Through a series of readings, activities, and meetings, the learner internalizes the required knowledge and demonstrates it in real-work applications.
- With the help of management and subject matter experts, we determine the concepts the learners must be able to explain, discuss and demonstrate to achieve the learning objectives. These concepts become the basis for the Oral Certification.
- Then an Accelerated Learning Guide (web-based or paper-based) is developed by integrating all existing company resources into a self-directed manual that includes relevant exercises and activities.
- Learners are directed during the process through a series of Checkpoint Meetings with their learning facilitators. These meetings cover the indicated subject areas. During these meetings, the learners are expected to display knowledge of the content and demonstrate their completed tasks and activities.
- Finally, the learners attend an Oral Certification in which they are expected to explain, discuss and demonstrate knowledge of the skills and competencies required for success.
