Getting Started
The Accelerated Learning Guide is an excellent
tool for directing everyone, from the participant to
the manager, through the training step-by-step. It provides
the structure necessary to ensure that all participants
are accountable for the learning process. Our instructional design will facilitate the orientation of new hires while motivating existing employees.
In addition, TIS conducts a train-the-trainer workshop designed to train the designated learning facilitator. We explain the learning methodology and the facilitator's role in the implementation process.
Learning facilitators can be managers, supervisors,
or professional trainers.
We encourage the learning facilitators to prepare and
participate in an abbreviated final certification. This provides first-hand knowledge of the power of the Accountability Performance System.
If desired, TIS may act as the learning facilitators, in order to smoothly guide your learners to the desired competency objectives.
