Our approach to instructional design begins with the premise that "The real genius is not in building it. It's in getting it used".

No matter how sophisticated the instructional design - paper or electronic - it isn't worth the time and cost to develop it if it isn't used.

Our approach to instructional design blends traditional learning with hands-on activities that drive the learner to apply the required skills and competencies. The varied activities and tasks focus on real-work situations encountered daily by the learner - the knowledge is seen as immediate and relevant.

At the same time, the learner also receives the one-on-one feedback, encouragement and monitoring during meetings with a dedicated learning facilitator. This personal interaction keeps the process on track, supports the learner and develops the desired accountability for all involved in the process.

The Accelerated Learning Guide is a tailored, self-directed road map for employees both new and experienced.

It is a step-by-step guide through the process, combining existing curriculum and new information. The guide is in a flexible self-study format which can be either web-based or hardcopy.

The Accelerated Learning Guide blends existing resources with relevant activities and tasks applied to real-work situations. The knowledge is now internalized and ready to be demonstrated on a daily basis.

Our Accountibility Performance System gives both the learner and the learning facilitator the tools to succeed and holds them accountable for that success.
