Our Team
Frank Sarr, President
Frank started TIS, Inc. in 1990 with the vision
of helping organizations improve their bottom-line through
the effective development of their people and the utilization
of their existing resources.
Frank has a Bachelors Degree from the University of
Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Oberlin
College. His professional career has involved associations
with Wilson Learning Corporation, Independent Financial
Services and CIGNA. Frank left CIGNA, where he was responsible
for field training and management development for the
National Sales Organization, to start TIS, Inc. His
professional affiliations are CLU, IAFP, AALU, NETDA
and NASD.

Gail Sarnowski, Sr. Project Developer
Gail has been with TIS for nearly 10 years and
is the principal instructional designer of the TIS programs.
Gail holds a Masters Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Drawing upon her extensive experience in education and
classroom training, she directs the instructional design,
guides research and development, and monitors project
implementation. Clients can count on Gail for speedy
assistance with design topics, project management and
her understanding of each project's unique needs.
Gail leads a team of instructional content developers
who create customized training programs for our clients.
As each program is developed, the team members are in
continual contact with their assigned clients to create
a comprehensive and concise program that meets their
specific training needs .
