Consistent Message
TIS training brings a consistent message to each learner. The trainee in Connecticut is learning the same material and hearing the same message that is being conveyed in California. And the expectations are the same.

Every training topic is outlined through the checkpoints in the Accelerated Learning Guide, the learner is directed to the pertinent content and the knowledge is reinforced through relevant activities and tasks. Additionally, the checkpoint meeting is designed to confirm and reinforce the applicable content.

In a TIS train-the-trainer workshop, the facilitators become skilled at grading the learner on their knowledge as well as their presentation. A student who has memorized the material is good. A student who has internalized it is better. A student who has naturalized it is GREAT.

This assessment process assures that - whatever the student audience - each has achieved the same professional understanding within their organization.

As an incentive to their employees, companies have offered various awards for excellence in training achievement. These awards have ranged from certificates and company mementos to Continuing Education Units.

The Pennsylvania Insurance Department awarded 31 CEUs for completion of Highmark BlueCross BlueShield Sales University, which was developed by TIS, Inc. using the Accountability Performance System.
