training, a learner retains only 10% of the information. By using
the Accelerated Learning Guide (either paper-based or online), that rate markedly improves because the learner
is:
- Reviewing and reinforcing the required content.
- Completeing tasks that apply the knowledge to real-work situations.
- Meeting with a learning facilitator to track progress and participation.

In this activity, the learner is expected to develop an "Elevator Speech" - a brief statement that outlines how the employee delivers value, benefit and quality to your customers.
After completion, the elevator speech is integrated into the learner's everyday activities and work situtations, bringing immediate benefits to themselves and to your company.
