Who We Are
At TIS, we create proprietary training systems for corporations that expect success. What We Do
We start by understanding your business needs and goals. We begin with a series of fact-finding evaluation meetings with your company's subject matter experts. In these meetings we do a needs assessment to determine the skills and competencies needed for your employees' success.

Our well-engineered training system incorporates the needs of management, trainer, and trainee alike; identifies the required skills and competencies; establishes accountability, timing and deliverables; and measures performance.

Key to the system is the Accelerated Learning Guide, a comprehensive guide which is based on the company's own materials and resources and which serves as the main road map for the system.




How We Work
Our team of instructional content developers works with your subject matter experts to create a comprehensive training program. The format is designed as a road map for the learner with checkpoints en-route to the certification assessment. You'll have the opportunity to review, revamp and approve the content of each section before it is presented to the learner. The system is also available in an on-line, web-based format.
